About Us

Sue’s Pet Care provides expert and personalised services to support you and your furry friend(s). Our team adores animals and we believe that every pet we look after should receive the right care and lots of attention.

Dog Walking

Our Dog Walking service is ideal for you and your beloved pet if you work full time, are elderly, hospitalised, called away from home or have other commitments. This service includes a walk from 30-60 minutes and can be done from your own home on familiar routes. We can also drive to other areas if your pooch enjoys exploring new territory.

Your dog will be walked on their own or with other dogs from the same household, so that we can look after them exclusively and provide them with dedicated care. Dogs are walked on a lead unless you give your signed permission that they can be let off the lead in safe areas.

Dog Visits

It is not advised to leave your puppy for long periods of time but we understand that this is sometimes not possible for everyone. If you are busy at work, hospitalised, or have other commitments we can visit your puppy and help with house training by letting your puppy into the garden for a toilet break. We can also give them a daily feed (if required), change their water and clean up any accidents.

Cat & Small Animal Home Visits

This service allows you to leave your cat(s) at home if you are away, with peace of mind. We can provide one or two visits per day if you are away for a few days. It is recommended that you have two visits if you are away for more than a few days.

We can feed and water your pets and clean their cages as required. We can also look after reptiles and other exotic pets; however, we will need to discuss a care plan in detail with you.

Equine Care

We can offer a variety of services to help you ensure that your horse is cared for, from a one off visit to full holiday cover. We are experienced horse owners and can provide comprehensive care, including turning out, bringing in, feeding, watering, changing rugs and grooming. We can also attend for farrier and vet visits.

If you have up to a 7 ½ tonne lorry that we are insured to drive, we can take your horse to the vet in an emergency whilst you are away.

House Sitting

We offer an overnight or 24 hour stay at your property to care for all pets, including horses. The sitter will stay at your property overnight and will not leave your property for more than 4 hours at a time during the day.

We will discuss with you any particular requirements and pet care instructions to ensure that your house is secure and that your pet(s) receive the proper attention that they need.
